About Dispatch tailor
Dispatch Tailor was founded by Jamie Zug, a practicing attorney who experienced firsthand the relief of offloading business and personal administration to a skilled support professional. He built Dispatch Tailor to extend that relief to the professionals who need it most, including those who have spent years trying to build systems that work for a neurodivergent brain.
We pair lawyers, solopreneurs, small office owners, and neurodivergent professionals with a fractional operations team: Vetted, trained Dispatchers backed by an operations hub, AI automation, and the systems to support them. The result is a professional partnership that makes room for the work only you can do.
Meet Your dispatchers

A team built around how you work
Human expertise. AI efficiency. A team that brings you both.

Jamie is the founder and CEO of Dispatch Tailor and the principal attorney at the Law Office of Jamie M. Zug LLC, where he focuses on tax controversy. His practice represents individuals and businesses in disputes with state taxing authorities, including audits, appeals, and litigation.
Before launching his own firm, Jamie served as a New Jersey Deputy Attorney General, representing the state in tax matters and developing the courtroom experience and substantive depth that now anchor his private practice.
He also practiced in the tax group at McCarter & English before building his own firm.
Jamie built Dispatch Tailor out of his own experience as a solo practitioner. He saw firsthand what the right operational support could unlock—the difference between a practice that consumes you and a practice that lets you do your best work—and he wanted to make that experience accessible to other professionals running lean. He is particularly invested in supporting neurodivergent professionals whose expertise gets buried under operational friction, and in building a model where high-trust support is the standard, not a luxury reserved for large firms.
Through Dispatch Tailor, Jamie is building the kind of execution infrastructure he wished he had when he was first building his own practice: a structured team, a dedicated Dispatcher, and the systems to back both. He lives and practices in New Jersey.

Nicole brings a rare blend of operational precision, strategic instinct, and genuine care for the people she works with to her role as Chief of Staff. As an early partner in the company’s launch alongside founder Jamie, she has played a central role in shaping the systems, client relationships, hiring, and day-to-day infrastructure that allow our clients to focus on their work rather than running a business.
Her background spans marketing and large-scale corporate events in New York City across Hyatt properties and the Glazier Group’s celebrated portfolio of Manhattan event spaces, to account management and strategic partnerships at CORT Business Services, where she led growth of the student housing vertical across a national footprint.
What connects all of it is Nicole’s natural ability to step into a complex, fast-moving environment, earn people’s trust quickly, and build the kind of structure that lets talented professionals do their best work. For the attorneys, professionals, and entrepreneurs we serve, that is exactly the kind of partner they have been looking for.

Heather Reeves is the Lead Dispatcher at Dispatch Tailor, where she works directly with entrepreneurs, solo practitioners, and small firms who are ready to stop losing ground to their own operations. She brings nearly two decades of experience as a financial analyst and twelve years running her own real estate brokerage, a solo business in every sense of the word.
Over the course of her career she has grown, bought, and sold businesses, navigating the full arc of what it takes to build something durable. She has also coached professionals across a wide range of industries, from psychologists and physicians to attorneys and energy healers, which has given her an unusually broad view of what holds talented people back regardless of their field. Her credentials reflect the same range she brings to the work itself. She holds an MBA and is a licensed real estate broker, a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, and a certified Myers-Briggs practitioner. She is currently pursuing a PhD in psychology and is also a trained divorce coach and a reiki master. The combination is intentional. It lets her see a business through a sharp financial lens and a grounded, human one at the same time, reading both the numbers and the person running them.
Her focus now is helping visionary founders and solos stay out of the weeds and in their highest and best use. She has a particular eye for the operational drag that quietly costs entrepreneurs their best work, and a team behind her built to handle it.

Lauren Hill brings the kind of range that is genuinely hard to find in one person. She works with attorneys, solopreneurs, and busy professionals who need more than task support. They need a trusted partner who can hold the operational weight, anticipate what is coming, and execute with the kind of quiet confidence that makes everything around them run better.
She began her career as a licensed nurse, spending nearly a decade in healthcare where she developed the composure, clinical precision, and deep human-centered instincts that still anchor everything she does today. Healthcare taught her how to stay calm when the stakes are high, how to prioritize when everything feels urgent, and how to care for people, really care, while still getting the job done. Those are not soft skills. They are the foundation of exceptional operational work, and Lauren carries them into every client engagement.
From healthcare she moved into operations, building expertise across some of the most demanding environments a professional can navigate. She has supported celebrity nutritionists, worked alongside executives at LinkedIn, coordinated programs at UCLA, and launched her own virtual support firm serving over 25 clients. Across industries as varied as healthcare, education, nonprofit, and high-level executive support, she has developed a finely tuned eye for what high-performing people actually need, and an even sharper ability to deliver it before they have to ask.
Lauren specializes in both client-facing relationship management and backend execution, moving between the two with ease and intention. She knows how to be the warm, composed voice a client trusts and the precise, systems-driven operator who makes sure nothing slips. For legal professionals specifically, she brings Clio certification and a practiced understanding of what law firms need to run smoothly, from client intake and scheduling to administrative follow-through and practice management. Attorneys do not have to explain the pace or the pressure. Lauren already knows it.
Where her skills truly shine is in how she builds and manages the systems that keep a business moving. As a certified Asana Workflow Specialist, she does not just assign tasks. She architects the kind of workflows that eliminate confusion, protect deadlines, and give teams and founders a clear picture of exactly where things stand. Her Google Project Management Professional Certificate adds another layer of rigor to how she plans, executes, and delivers, ensuring that complex, multi-moving-piece engagements stay on track without her clients ever having to wonder. And having served as a 911 dispatcher, she has been tested in environments where clarity, speed, and sound judgment are not optional. They are everything. That experience lives in how she operates every single day.
With nearly two decades of administrative and operational experience behind her, Lauren brings something to Dispatch Tailor that goes beyond credentials and tools. She is a thinker who executes and an executor who thinks. She builds systems that create lasting momentum, manages complexity without losing the human touch, and shows up for her clients with the kind of steady, intelligent presence that makes them feel, finally, like they are not in it alone.
